Quick, thorough, got the job done!

Hart took our call right away, asked all the right questions and made me feel comfortable in knowing that he was working for us right away. We followed all his instructions and Hart was able to help us, got the charge set aside and we didn't have to appear in court! Can't thank him enough for getti...ng us through a potentially life altering/changing event. He literally gave my life back to me!

Angels in a Suit

I was arrested for 647 (b) pc. This was an embarrassing situation for me. Hart Levin and his team handled my case with professional compassion and demonstrated expertise in this legal area. I received fantastic counsel on the best course of action. I had my misdemeanor charge reduced to a diversion p...rogram (40 hrs of community labor and HIV testing) with only 5 months of probation. This means I do not have the stain of a misdemeanor on my record. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of this case and highly recommend Hart Levin's services.

Hart

I would highly recommend The Law Offices of Hart J Levin to anybody seeking criminal legal counsel. Hart Levin and Matthew Cohen fought for me for months while I was incarcerated. I was facing 2-6 years in state prison. Hart and Matthew challenged the DA and the judge on my case repeatedly, insisting... that I was not a criminal, that I was a drug addict that needed help. The judge finally agreed and I was sentenced to 6 months in a rehab program and 3 years of probation. I have been clean and sober ever since the day I was arrested (7/26/2014) and I just recently discharged probation. I owe so much to these men for believing in me and fighting for me when the justice system was ready to write me off and send me to prison. If you want people who will not only work hard for you, but also have a genuine care for those that they help, call Hart and his team. You won't regret it.

Thankful to have had Mr. Levin on my side

I can not recommend Hart Levin enough. I was involved in a horrific DUI accident, and was facing around 5-6 years of county jail time. He was able to have my sentence reduced to 60 days, with probation and some community service. From the moment I met him for my consultation I felt more at ease. ...He walked me through the possible outcomes, the work he would be doing on my behalf, and what prep work I should be doing to help my case. He is warm and his calm demeanor is infectious which helped me as I was always very nervous. He and his staff are excellent at communicating in a timely manner, and will help you to the best of their abilities. I cannot recommend Hart Levin enough as he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Great Attorney

Hart is very good at what he does. He communicated effectively and FOUGHT aggressively on my son's behalf to get the outcome we wanted. I highly recommend him to anyone one seeking a criminal attorney. He is the BEST!
