5 Million Stars is what I would give to Hart if I could!

Hart is a phenomenal attorney and a wonderful, compassionate person. Hiring him for legal representation is the best decision a person could ever make. At the lowest point in my life, Hart was there from the very beginning to guide and advocate for me through a very foreign and frightening world. ...He does everything to fight for his clients rights and defend them at all costs against an extremely unjust and corrupt system that is hell bent on destroying the people’s lives. He take the time to keep his clients very well informed of the process and the options provided to them. He is extremely responsive and will answer all of your questions. There is no higher recommendation that I could give Hart and I am eternally grateful for everything he has done for me. Like I said before, hire Hart and don’t look back, it will be the best decision you made. Thank you Hart!

Experts at what they do

I had never hired a lawyer before and I wanted to make the right decision when choosing one. I went to a few free consultations before looking on Avvo, and I'm glad I did because that us when I saw the great reviews Hart had. I hired Hart Levin to handle two cases for me. Hart immediately took intere...st in my cases and told me what he can do for me. First thing we discussed after I gave him my part of the story was the price. In both cases he understood where I came from and allowed me to make a downpayment followed by monthly payments for however long I needed. He also gave me a far better price than the previous attorney that gave me a consultation. His attorney's Keita and Matthew are very polite and really try to give you the best result. They both told me what I needed to do and what I could do that would help my case. Whenever I had a question I would email Hart and eventually he would get back to me. His staff in his office are also very nice, I would call them or they would email me to remind me if I had to show up in court or not. My first charge was for a misdemeanor DUI, the DA was not trying to give me anything other than a Wet Reckless. However, being a veteran I was able to get military diversion and all I have to do his continue to see my therapist and all charges will be dropped with nothing on my record. The second charge we got it down from a public urination misdemeanor to a citation for playing loud music and a small fee of approx. $600. In the long run it's been over a year that those incidents took place and I was worried what would happen, Hart and his attorney's made me feel taken care of.

Make him your first choice

Mr. Levin is an excellent attorney. The level of professionalism of himself and his staff is incomparable to others in the area and I highly recommend him. I had a hiccup with a dui case in the LA area with another attorney and I hired Mr Levin because of his high reviews. I should have went with hi...m first because once he took over he cleaned up the mess and had charges dropped. Keita, his assistant, was also wonderful to work with. She is very kind and caring and took my concerns to heart. This firm treats you like family and should be your first choice in these matters.

Quick, thorough, got the job done!

Hart took our call right away, asked all the right questions and made me feel comfortable in knowing that he was working for us right away. We followed all his instructions and Hart was able to help us, got the charge set aside and we didn't have to appear in court! Can't thank him enough for getti...ng us through a potentially life altering/changing event. He literally gave my life back to me!

Saved my life!

Hart is just incredible. Not only is he extremely responsive, he actually got the city to not even file my dui! He literally saved my life. Just when you think he couldn't get any better, I needed proof that there was nothing filed. So I reached out to Hart, a whole year after he saved my butt..., and asked him for some kind of proof. So he goes to the city and has them produce something for me, free of charge!
