Outstanding and professional!

I am really at a loss of words in expressing my gratitude for Hart Levin and Matthew Cohen. I am a health professional who was visiting the Los Angeles area from out-of-state. After attending a sporting event with my wife and young child, we were stopped at a sobriety checkpoint just outside the pa...rking lot. My wife, who was to be the designated driver that evening, had become acutely ill and was unable to drive. As I felt we were in an unsafe area, I made the poor decision to drive to a nearby drug store in hopes of helping my wife. At the checkpoint, I was deemed to have a BAC over .08. I was arrested and was charged with DUI and subsequently with cruelty to a child. A conviction would have been absolutely devastating to myself, career and family. Hart was extremely knowledgable and experienced, and he and Cohen patiently and methodically fought these charges. The child cruelty charge was eventually dropped. I received 3 years of informal probation, but no jail time. After just 2 years into my probation, Hart and Matthew went to work again for me and I received early termination of probation followed by expungement for the DUI conviction. I now feel I finally have my life back and the future is bright! The law offices of Hart Levin will work tirelessly for the best possible outcome. Without a doubt, you will receive dedicated expert service from professionals who get superb results. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

First Class Service and Outcome - Hart J Levin

I could not be happier with the outcome, level of service, communication and transparency while working with Hard J Levin. I know according to Hart's other reviews he specializes in DUI's, but I truly feel there is not any other type of case that he would not to get the very best possible deal for hi...s client. I got myself into a bind regarding Infringement and Hart was the guy to go to! I've dealt with lawyers in my past on both sides and Hart is a cut above anyone I have ever worked with. The fact he was a DA in Los Angeles helps a lot! In court he was super chummy with the Judge and all the DA's. They literally asked him what deal he was looking for, not the other way around and he received it for me. Look nowhere else!

I couldn't imagine going through any other law office than Hart J Levin's.

After drifting into four 4 cars and blowing a .13 I was scared and ashamed after a day of calling lawyers, hearing Heart's voice eased my pain. Hart’s understanding way of handling my case made me feel a lot better. I was able to drive for 4 months until my fifth court date, the only one I was re...quired to go to. After telling one of the courthouse clerks that I was his client she told me I was in great hands. That reassurance was monumental in the scary world of the LA courthouse. Throughout the process, Hart and his team were reassuring and accessible. They were masterful in getting my sentence down to 4 days of house arrest and 4 months of a license suspension. I am forever thankful to the law offices of Hart J Levin for helping me through a dreadful time in my life. I would recommend them to anyone faced with a DUI or any other legal trouble, 5 out of 5 stars.

The go-to DUI lawyer

When my son was arrested for DUI, with accident ( he hit the raised median on I-5 freeway). He had a bac of 0.09%, his car was totaled but luckily there were no injuries. We went into high gear searching for a good DUI lawyer. Searched online and found Hart with good reviews. So we took a gamble o...n him and it paid off. They took on the case and just this May 1st, Hart was able to reduce the charge from DUI to reckless driving. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Hart and his team ( Matthew Cohen, etc) when you are in need of a legal team to handle your case. You will never regret it.

Best Dui Attorney

Hart Levin was exactly the man I needed when I got into some legal issues last year! He was very professional, as was his whole team. Every part of the legal process I went through was so much easier with Hart to help me through it.
