The best of the best

My boyfriend had made the decision to get behind the wheel one night after having too much to drink. Luckily no one was seriously injured, but he was facing two felonies and a misdemeanor after a DUI accident causing injury. We have never faced anything remotely close to this and to say we were overw...helmed and scared is putting it lightly. After searching for attorneys I stumbled upon Hart Levin and all of his great reviews. We had a phone consultation with him the very next day, which was a Sunday and he still answered his phone, and we decided to hire him. Of course we were a little skeptical, because it seemed too good to be true. Well, the reviews were right. After 6 months we were able to walk away from court with minimal penalties, no felony charges, and a huge weight lifted. Hart was always responsive to our emails and questions right away. He works hard to get you the best outcome and that's exactly what he did. He is worth every penny. There's no point in looking anywhere else when the best is right here. Amazing Attorney!

Couldn't be happier with the outcome of my case with the help of Hart Levin. I was looking at a very serious charge of felony DUI in a very tough courthouse and the DA wanted years in prison. After talking to Hart, he told me that there was no way he would let me go to prison. He worked his magic and... got the best possible outcome. Not only did I not go to prison, I only had to spend 2 days in county jail, pay a couple extremely low fines and attend a 9 month alcohol program. Fantastic Legal Team!!!

CAD/CAM Programmer

As a repeat DUI offender I was certain I was going to do a significant amount of prison time so I bailed out and lawyered up. After talking to several other attorneys all their recommendations seemed to be the same-"Stop what you're doing and get into a residential rehab". When I told them that wasn'...t an option they all essentially said good luck. Except Hart. He understood that keeping my career was priority and was able to create some bail conditions that kept me out, sober, and working. I wanted two things in this case- I wanted to keep my career as I've mentioned, and I wanted to be seen as human and not a docket number to the court. Despite an aggressive and overly stubborn prosecutor, Hart and his team were able to make those two things happen. Fast forward in time and I am back at my job, with all this behind me. I'm not saying Hart and his team can perform miracles. But I will say that EVERYONE that was involved in this case (judges, prosecutor, lawyers, even bailiffs) had never heard of a deal like mine for the crime committed and history involved. Sounds like a bit of a miracle to me. Call him-things will get better.

Amazing dui/defense attorney.

Without getting into any detail, i just have to say if you need any help regarding a DUI arrest or criminal arrests. This is the man to call and see. He asks for the details and gives you possible outcomes. I can forsure say he gives you peace of mind, as he guarantees he will do everything he can to... get the best outcomes.
