Amazing dui/defense attorney.

Without getting into any detail, i just have to say if you need any help regarding a DUI arrest or criminal arrests. This is the man to call and see. He asks for the details and gives you possible outcomes. I can forsure say he gives you peace of mind, as he guarantees he will do everything he can to... get the best outcomes. ""Hart with a heart""

I am in Europe right now, I was looking for a lawyer to help me with my case. I found this amazing, honest, and clever lawyer online. Hart Levin Saved Me Again!

Hart Levin and his team have saved me again! 3 years they were able to drop my criminal case down to a wet and reckless. Now they were able to expunge the charge off my criminal record. Hart & his Team are the Best of the Best!

Anyone in L.A. knows that we spend 80% of our lives in cars. Long story, short, I had met an old friend and a potential client, after work, and got into my car to drive home. There was predictable 405 traffic, and my lane had slowed down to a halt. The guy behind me, who I could see flying towar...ds me in my rear view, slammed into me, while my attempt to swerve away, failed. As to whose fault it was, wasn't the issue. The issue was I had consumed 3 beers and the police officer at the scene smelled alcohol on my breath. I was scared and had no choice but to take a breathalyzer test. I blew a .08 BAC. They confiscated my license. I was arrested. My car was towed home and I got to spend the night in a cold, crowded jail cell. That was probably the worst night of my life. As each hour passed, and nobody would tell me anything, I knew I had to get a lawyer and get the heck out of this room with one toilet and no sink and never come back. The following day, upon my release, I hired almost the first lawyer I found on line as I felt desperate and needed assurance. I was with them for only one week. The more I researched, I felt I had made the wrong choice. They didn't have a lot of experience dealing with L.A. county DUI's. My gut and my insomnia and my panic attacks told me to change lawyers. I stumbled upon Hart Levin Law Firm and knew immediately, after speaking with Hart, that I wanted to hire him, even if it meant I'd lose money from the other firm. He said, "Do you hear the confidence in my voice?" I did, and it was exactly what I needed to hear, because I had none. I was as terrified, worried, and anxious as Woody Allen before meeting a doctor with some life hindering test results. Hiring Hart was the perhaps the best decision I ever made in my life. He immediately put my mind at ease and even took a weekend phone call to reassure me and quell my fears. He joked, "If they send you back to jail, I'll make sure you get house arrest." He contacted the other law firm and became my official representation. His team started to make the necessary calls and immediately went to work on my behalf. Two weeks later, after my first court date, I got a call from Hart informing me that my DUI charge was reduced to an Exhibition of Speed and I couldn't be happier and more grateful to Hart and his Team (Matthew and Jennifer). My verdict was even better than the wet reckless I had hoped for. I can sleep again. I only have to attend 10 AA meetings, pay the fine and obey the law. I am thrilled with Hart and honestly, it was the smartest money I've ever spent. His team is worth every single, red cent. I give my heart felt recommendation to anyone who finds themselves charged with a DUI to reach out to Hart. You will be glad you did.

How exactly do I articulate how immensely grateful I am for Hart. While my run in with LAPD is not something I'd generally be willing to write on the internet about in the name of helping someone else who may be attempting to navigate the horror show I experienced, please call Hart immediately if you...'re in over your head and need a fabulous attorney ( or therapist , the man has the patience of a saint. In August I found myself in a bind I never imagined was an issue I'd have to stress about - I was arrested for a dui and being the awful test taker that I am answered no when the lovely officer I met asked me to take a blood test. My all access pass to the lovely redondo beach jail. My sister is a former prosecutor on the east coast and after a frantic 3am call from yours truly she found Hart for me. Thank GOD. My sister is a straight shooter and in terms of legal representation is as good as they come - so when I called her crying about the DA she referred to me as a "slam dunk refusal" and lovingly told me to brace myself for at the minimum a year suspension of my license and probation. My sister was pretty flabbergasted to say the least as I am beyond thrilled to report Hart not only made it so I didn't lose my license , in fact he got the whole thing dropped. God bless America and by that I mean Hart Levin. I pretty much funded LA's Uber drivers apres my stint as an outlaw in redondo beach and have since moved back to the east coast , but it's comforting to know if I ever make another schmucky decision on the west coast , the law offices of #hartattacklevin have my back
