DUI's Expungement

I was referred to Attorney Hart Levin by a friend. I had two prior DUI's in my past that I wanted to move forward from and have them expunged. One out of Westminster Court and the other out of Riverside Court. He was able to get both DUI's expunged with pleas to not guilty and case dismissed. His... staff and himself reply quickly and keeps you up updated. I only wish the court filing fees were include in the price, but they are upfront about that. Highly recommended!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Hart was willing and able to assist me with my case from day one. I called him on a Sunday, right after my legal troubles started, and he came up with a solid plan before having me pay any money. He was very proactive in dealing with my case and was always available to talk on the phone / communicate... via email almost instantly. Not only is he willing to communicate quickly, his legal fees are quite fair (without compromising quality) and he had several payment plans available. We got the best possible legal outcome we could’ve hoped for. I am so grateful to Hart for his assistance. His knowledge as a former Deputy D.A. is so beneficial to his clients. I wholeheartedly recommend Hart to anyone who finds themselves in an awful position.

Lifesaver

Working with this company was one of the best decisions I ever made. The entire team is professional, kind, caring, informative, and brilliant. Hart took my case and spun absolute gold with it. Without him, I have no doubt that my life would be very different than it is at the moment. Great attorney

I was in some trouble and I didn't know what to do or who to turn to, Hart was fast and friendly and helped me through a very tough time. He was always available to answer questions. He helped me get the best possible outcome when I was preparing for the worst, not only did I get no jail time, he hel...ped me get mosy of my charges dismissed.
