2nd DUI

Hart is such an experienced lawyer and knows exactly what to do. I had my 2nd dui and came to him for help. He guided me through each steps to take and made things easier for me. He also explained things to me to make me feel more at eased during the whole process before my court date. I was so ner...vous, but best of all he got my cased dismissed. I was so grateful for that. He has so much experience with dui. I am so glad I chosed him to represent me through this. What a blessing. Thank you Hart and your team for the professionalism and great work.

A MUST to consider

Absolutely would choose again! From the first phone call, he explained how the process of a case would go, and followed up every time. Did not have much faith in the legal system and originally chose not to pursue legal help (you get put in a tight spot when you feel all odds are against you to becom...e another unfortunate statistic), but he made sure I still had a fighting chance even after having waited for a while before doing so. At the end, he fought hard and had the case completely dismissed! Couldn't have asked for a better person to represent me! Make sure to at least give him a chance. Best decision I ever made.

Empathy & Perserverence

Let me start off by saying that I am an entertainment industry professional with a lot riding on a successful outcome of my case. To make matters worse, what should've been an open and shut case turned into a smaller neighborhood court system refusing to budge. I could not have picked a better lawye...r and human being than Hart. He refused to give up for a YEAR and a HALF; putting his best team members minds together to fight this for as long as it took. When things looked its worst, he would email me with long pages of words of encouragement & even brotherly compassion. His rates are fair and his expertise and focus is above and beyond the call of duty. The irony is not lost that Hart truly does have heart. Thank you for everything.

Excellent, no-nonsense attorney

Hart did an excellent job helping me resolve the legal troubles I faced, and I am very satisfied with the outcome of my case. Before I retained Hart, I talked to five or six different attorneys. Hart impressed me as a no-nonsense attorney who knew what he was talking about and, at the same time, ha...d sympathy for my case. Also, Hart was able to offer me the best financial deal compared to other attorneys. Hart negotiated a reasonable plea bargain on my behalf. After I completed what was required of me by the court, the original serious charge was dropped and replaced with a much lesser charge. Half-a-year later, Hart successfully petitioned the court to have the lesser charge expunged. Hence, I have no criminal record, which is very important to me. Throughout the whole process, Hart always responded promptly to all my inquiries and always offered a sound advice. His office staff was very helpful as well. If you find yourself in any sort of legal trouble, I highly recommend retaining Hart to represent you.
