Before I start, if you care about the privacy of your files/cases at all, YOU WILL NOT FIND IT HERE. I have been sent other people's files and cases in two separate occasions. It was extremely uncomfortable. I feel like someone else could be reading about my case since people that seem to work here d...on't double check their work. I knew this place was too good to be true. The only reason I hired this place was because Elizabeth was the only one that contacted me on a Sunday. I explained the situation to her: from start to finish. She made me feel that everything would be taken care of. She's so good at telling you she will follow up, but she won't. You actually have to follow up with her first. When I first paid them, she told me she will reach out to me later on in the day, but I also had to follow up with her asking if she was still going to call me like she mentioned. She said that she'll be working on the document I needed and will send it to me the very next day. Comes next day, NOTHING at all. I had to follow up on that too. They charge for LITERALLY everything. One text message is $45. Majority of the time, Elizabeth doesn't even reply back. Actually, when Elizabeth introduced me to Karin, she never talked to me again. Not even the couple of times I told her my concerns. She literally left me on read, since she has that on. I had to follow up with them on documents and what's going on. When I told Karin my concerns and what I spoke with Elizabeth about in the very beginning, all she said was that she had no knowledge of that conversation. This is one company. Every single employee here represents the company, you would think that Elizabeth and Karin would be in communication. They also do not give you a heads up when they're about to charge your card for filing. They just file away and charge. They were actually really good at taking your money, but I have credit left and I have asked more than 5 times now how I'll receive the money back and all Evelyn told me was she'll let me know. Noel from billing department sent me my last bill and was actually billing me by mistake. He emailed right away stating I had credit and it's been paid. I emailed him seconds after she did asking how I'll receive my money back and didn't bother replying the same day...especially didn't bother replying the next day.

Elizabeth, Jerry and the rest of the law team were so impressive. I have worked with three other law firms in trying to secure my utility patent. Jerry's first draft of my response to an office action was so well done, for the first time I had zero notes. Being new to my case, he and the team were s...o through, so clear in the response I was extremely impressed. With the previous law firms, they were always so vague, I felt they did not spend the time to really understand the essence and what makes my patent unique. Thus resulting in me going over all the docs and rewriting the responses. Elizabeth's team got it on the first draft. For the first time in 6 years and three law firms, I finally found a law firm I can really trust with something so very important to me. Thank you Jerry for your amazing work!
