BEST DEFENSE ATTORNEY

I highly recommend Debra S. White as a defense attorney. From the first contact I had with her by phone she was knowledgable, honest, and supportive of my legal concerns regarding my son being falsely accused of a crime. Ms. White answered all my questions at that moment and understood the import...ance of providing us with an appointment with her. Meeting with Ms. White in person for the initial consultation I knew right then she was an angel sent from heaven to help protect my son. Ms. White was extremely knowledgable and sincere regarding the legal process my son would have to go through in order for him not to be convicted of this crime. Ms. White was honest and empathetic towards my son's situation and helped us understand she would fight full force for his freedom. Ms. White was able to get my son's case rejected (no conviction) and most important his freedom. We are very thankful for her hard work as a defense attorney and dedication she had for our legal problem. This false accusation was the worst nightmare our family could have experienced and pray no one ever goes through this, but we were blessed to be able to obtain the BEST defense attorney, Debra S. White. Ms. White was always available by phone, email, or if in person appointment needed.

Best Criminal Attorney EVER, Hands Down!

I searched for a top rated criminal attorney close to our house (as I knew we would need to see them several times) for my husband, who was charged with a felony. Debra's information came up and I contacted her after reading her website and bio. Upon speaking with her, it was obvious to me that we ne...eded to meet with her in person, she was genuine, sincere and really seemed to want to discuss the case in more detail to see how she could help. When we met with her, she advised how we should proceed, what the defense would cost us and the next steps in the case. She was honest and direct right from the start. Debra was professional, experienced and knowledgeable regarding the charges in the case. She sat with us, in our initial meeting, for about an hour taking notes and talking through strategy in order to devise the best defense possible. With my husband's past criminal record, the case was going to be a challenge to win and Debra put forth every effort to get us the best possible outcome and she succeeded; the case ended with a dismissal. She also found that one of his past felony charges could be reduced to a misdemeanor, which she filed the proper paperwork for, as part of the current case. Debra is an awesome attorney, a super smart lady and, as my husband put it, a "Varsity All-star!" We can't say enough good things about Debra. We would recommend Debra to anyone who found themselves in need of a good criminal attorney.

my case is dismissed

This is a true experience from a client. Sorry for my english. My case was kinda complicated because it involved in both criminal & immigration area. I was very nervous about choosing who to represent me and I told Debra about it too. If you read the subject, yes ! she made it happened, a dismissal.... All I can said is that she is REAL. If you want an experienced attorney with terrific skills and really doing all the fightig for you in the court room to get best outcome just for YOU, she is the one. During the whole process, whenever I had a question or not sure about something, she was ALWAYS there. It's my best decision to have hired Debra as my attorney. Thank you.Highly recommended.

Unfamiliar Territory

My grandfather used to always tell me, "Everything's easy when you know how. I came to believe that's true. The only problem is, when you need expertise in an area that your not familiar with it 's hard to know where to begin, and there's precious little time to learn what you need to know. The quest...ion then becomes; who do I reach out to? and will my choice allow me to be secure enough with the person in whom I'm placing my trust that I can go the distance without being a victim of my own anxieties and bad judgement? At the same time, allowing my representative to do what they need to do to accomplish results that will be in my best interest, A resolution that allows me to put a trying experience behind me, with a minimum of consequences. I needed an attorney because I was accused of being a hit an run driver. I thought I was being an "ok guy" by declining to exchange drivers' and insurance information with a woman who had hit me. I made a hasty and poorly thought out decision to deal with the incidence in a dismissive fashion because of what I perceived to be minor damage to both vehicles. 35 days later the other party filed a police report and made claims based on prior existing damage to my car. She alleged that the point of impact was my prior existing damage. Since I had not exchanged information she was able to claim that I was a hit and run driver, liable to criminal complaint even though we had some what of a conversation through 3 inches of her window while I was stopped next to her car. This is a thumbnail description which I offer only to set the stage for what followed. I have a friend who is a very respected and successful injury attorney that I asked for help. He had some members of his staff help me with the initial legal requirements, but soon after recommended Ms. White to handle the case because he felt because of her demeanor and expertise in this area, she was the right choice with the right skills. Ms. White attended to all the demands that my case required. She kept me informed at every step along the way and invested far more time with and for me than she billed. It was her generosity in this area that allowed me to put the funds together for the compromise agreement that she was able to negotiate between the parties involved. Her ability to negotiate effectively and fairly; allowed me to decline a plea bargain offer and avoid the expense, rigors and uncertainty of going to trial. I have learned a lesson from this experience. The least of which is a reaffirmation of the importance of having a competent guide with you in uncharted territory. In my experience, I found Debra White to be both meticulous in her approach to all aspects of a case and empathetic to all persons involved. I highly recomend Ms. Debra S. White!
