If you are unfortunate enough to be behind on payments and have your lender calling every day Josh and staff are like a hand coming down from the sky and lifting you back up. I went from barely able to even dial my lender my fingers were trembling so much. I had two days before auction when I met J...osh - he asked a few questions including the name of the lenders relationship manger in India (he knows them all personally). The very next day the lender called to inform the auction was on hold - that's a day away from sale date. The next week a package arrived with a refi from 6.25% down to 3.25%. This is no joke.
