W.G. Wells vs. Americantex, Inc.

Case Conclusion Date: 10.29.2012

Practice Area: Appeals

Outcome: Judgment Affirmed in Full

Description: Our client received assignment of a California judgment. In the course of enforcement of judgment, the judgment debtors brought a "Motion to Strike, Vacate and Quash and Alleged Assignment of Attorney Fee Orders ... and to Order that Such Attorney Fee Order is Satisfied." The trial court denied judgment debtors' motion. Judgment debtors accused the trial court of "bias" and attempted to disqualify the court, but their request was denied. Having failed twice, judgment debtors brought an appeal. The Second District Court of Appeal, Division Two, affirmed the trial court rulings in full.
