I’m writing this review to express my gratitude for the truly great experience I have had dealing with Dr. Mike Manesh of Manesh & Mizrahi, his law office staff and lawyers. Dr. Manesh was my parent’s estate lawyer and he set up a life estate for my parents which facilitated the gifting of their pro...perty to their children after their death. When our parents passed away several years ago, we contacted Dr. Manesh’s office and through Dr. Manesh’s kindness, patience, and great compassion, we were able to understand what our parents had set up for us and what we needed to do to process their estate. Through our discussions with Dr. Manesh, we also realized that we needed to file a Heggstad Petition on behalf of my late sister’s estate as well to facilitated the sale of my parent’s property. We elected to hire his law firm to file the Heggstad Petition and he successfully conducted a hearing on behalf of my sister’s estate and the judge who agreed with his arguments, signed the petition. I have come to know Dr. Manesh and his staff well through my dealings with him and his office. Collectively, they manage a very well organized law office. They are very responsive to their clients who often receive replies to emails and phone calls immediately. Dr. Manesh and his staff are very approachable which is very much appreciated when one has so many questions that needs answering. Dr. Manesh and his staff exude professionalism in all they do. Their knowledge of estate planning laws is impressive and you find this out very quickly through them answering your questions. I feel very lucky I know Dr. Manesh and I am very grateful to know that I can rely on him as my attorney should I ever need his services again.
