Incredible Attorney
Mr. Land was absolutely amazing. He really cared about me and my children. He fought so hard for me that I was truly impressed. He was receptive and always called me back that same day. I would highly recommend him for anything. A truly amazing and honest and awesome attorney.

Do yourself a favor and look else where!
If your situation is even remotely complex or contentious, save yourself the agony and look elsewhere. Mr. Land repeatedly assured me of specific outcomes, yet every result was far worse than what he claimed it would be. In court, his cross-examinations were so ineffective they bordered on embarra...
Hi Paul, I will once again reiterate that I was surprised by your review on the other platforms and now this one since we always had a very good relationship that I would have said bordered on a friendship. I apologize if you believe I let you down in anyway. I always tried hard and despite your review you were always complimentary of my work - including when I zeroed out your substantial balance with my firm when you told me you couldn't afford me anymore. I do not believe that your case was complex but it certainly was contentious. I never guaranteed you or assured you any outcome. I did always try to be as positive as I could be under the circumstances. I did give you a timeline of a step-up plan which was not ultimately met because the Court did not believe that your messages to the other parent were appropriate and therefore were violations of the restraining order against you. The Court ordered you more time at trial, though not as much as you wanted, but you also did really well on the financial issues including not having to pay attorneys fees for the restraining order being granted against you (which is usually mandatory under the code). That said, I appreciate your feedback and although I don't agree with it I will take it to heart in my practice. Everyone going through difficult times in their lives absolutely deserve to be heard and have effective communication with their attorney. Family law is an incredibly difficult and emotional area of law and I respect you for going through the process with such grace and accountability. I wish you nothing but the best. Please keep fighting - and you'll get your equal timeshare with your daughter. Joe
