I contacted this firm by email on a Sunday and almost immediately received a return call. Attorney Land spent time listening to my situation and then advised me NOT to retain him based on his predication that this action could impede my goal rather than help it.. He supported alternative strategies b...ased on what he heard from me. After this, when I offered to pay him for his time, he refused to take anything. He is clearly responsive, understands human nature and has high professional ethics.

I have hired three other lawyers before I hired Joseph. They were awful compared to him. My major complaints with other attorneys were that they billed me into oblivion and did not really do anything for me. I know that there are ebbs and flows of a case but when nothing is going on why bill for noth...ing you know? Anyways, Joseph was completely honest with his billing and was really reasonable. Not only that he produced actual results and over delivered. He didn't make any false promises and told me exactly how it is. He truly is the best.
