Attorney Land spent time listening to my situation and then advised me NOT to retain him based on his predication that this action could impede my goal rather than help it.. He supported alternative strategies b...ased on what he heard from me. After this, when I offered to pay him for his time, he refused to take anything. He was able to pinpoint the error made by the judge in recent family court ruling but was also honest enough to recommend not pursuing the matter as our particular j...udge was known to be punitive on future rulings requested because of the action taken.
