If you've ever been through a divorce, you know how emotionally and physically stressful it can be. My separation was unbelievably nasty, and to make matters worse my children were abruptly separated from me after being their primary caretaker for 12 years. Joseph Land is an amazing lawyer, I had a very tough case to try and get more time with my daughter. Mr Land was upfront with me and let me know that might case might need to go to court a few times before I got the results I wanted and this was tough to hear, but I trusted Joseph and he came throug...h just like he told me he would. I went from minimal time with my daughter to being able to take my daughter to my home state for visits and get time with her family. It wasn't easy and Joseph was upfront and told me it wasn't easy, but he let me know everything would be okay if I just trusted him and I am glad I did because he gave me something that is hard to get, he got my life back. The only thing I regret is not getting Joseph as my lawyer when I got a divorce, he treats everyone like family and he responds quick to any questions because he knows your case is affecting your life and your relationships. His team is as professional as they come, they hold a vast amount of knowledge so don't feel like any question is a dumb question because it is not

Being a single mother can be very challenging. When I was served with paperwork from my daughters fathers family using grandparents rights I was beyond terrified.
