I believe that I was wrongly terminated. Allegedly sleeping on the job. Security vs Nursing
In addition to probably not having a case because you were not wrongfully terminated, prosecuting successfully a wrongful termination case is difficult even for a lawyer. There is zero chance that you can do this yourself.See question
I was in a single vehicle car accident (as a passenger) and had a serious injury. The insurance company agreed to settle for the full amount of the policy limits. They also recently stated that there is no police report filed for the accident.
If you accept the policy limits from the insurance company, they will require you to sign a release. That will prevent you from suing the driver. Whether or not there is a police report is immaterial, especially in a case like this. There was only one vehicle involved in the accident, therefore that driver must have been negligent. The only exception would be if there was a dangerous road which is a very difficult case to prove.See question
If I am driving through a two way parking lot and the car stops on the left side of the lane, I drive forward and he decides to merge right (where normal people drive) and he hits me on the side, who is at fault?
Probably the other guy. But your two insurance companies will have to work it outSee question

If you were paying attention while driving and were following a safe distance from the car in front of you you should've been able to stop before hitting him. That's the definition of a safe following distance. The accident is your fault, just turn it over to your insuranceSee question

You are asking a lot of questions here and it's kind of a complicated answer. Generally when a person is injured they get medical treatment and hopefully get better. the more injured the person is, the more treatment they often end up receiving. If the injuries are serious, physical therapy alone will not properly treat those injuries. In that case I would normally send my client for an orthopedic consultation followed by, possibly more aggressive treatment like epidural injections.
If the party the cause the accident has a minimum insurance policy of $15,000, then yes the more treatment you received the more you are potential he eating into your compensation for pain and suffering. However, if it's a larger policy, more treatment, when warranted, often ends up with a larger recovery
You really should consult a lawyer to oversee your medical treatment if you are concerned about maximizing your potential recovery.See question
I was rear ended by a drunk driver and smashed into a dump truck on the side of the road. My car was totaled and I suffered very minimal injuries (small laceration to my palm and neck spasms. The driver fled the scene but crashed into a light pole...
You haven't really provided enough information to estimate the settlement value of your case. We don't know how much income you actually lost. We don't know how extensive the laceration is on your hand. Will there be a permanent scar. Have you received an estimate from a plastic surgeon for scar revision surgery? There are a few unknowns here. You might want to talk to a personal injury lawyer to have your case properly worked up.See question

We purchase Yoplait yogurt from Walmart Sunday 1/24/16, my daughter ate one on her own and 3 hours later had stomach ache, went to bed. 2 AM Monday morning she had a fever of 103, and vomiting, no cough and cold, purely stomach. We are taking her ...
It sure is tough to see your own kids get sick. My daughter had these exact same symptoms just a few weeks ago. She did not eat any yogurt. The point is that there is really no way to link your daughter's illness to expired yogurt, or just an illness that's going around.
This sounds more like a coincidence then an illness caused by expired food. However, if you can find a medical expert to testify to a reasonable degree of medical probability that expired yogurt caused your daughter's illness, you have a case, Albeit one with fairly limited damages.See question

You took a gamble and didn't get comp and collision on your own insurance. Depending on how long you have been driving with this type of insurance maybe your ahead maybe you're not. But at this point you took a chance and lost. You can try suing this person in small claims, but you're probably wasting your time.See question
