    Yes, you should file an RFO with the court for a change in custody. You will need to show that there has been a change in circumstances since the last order was made.

    The Court will use the dissomaster formula to calculate your support. The support will likely be lowered due to the hardship deduction. There would need to be more specific information given in order to know how much the support could decrease.
