Dmitry and his legal team saved our family member and his future

Excellent, Professional, Confident, Highly Prepared, The Best! Our family member was in a very serious predicament and quite frankly his entire future was at risk. We were referred to Eisner and Gorin by a family friend who is also an attorney. Dmitry and his legal team guided us through every procee...ding with impeccable clarity and preparation, which unquestionably resulted in the best possible outcome. He and his team are amazing and my wife and I cannot thank them enough for saving our family member and his future. There were so many legal intricacies it made our heads spin, but he was always on top of it, making sure we understood and he was truly in control during each and every hearing. Dmitry Gorin

I would highly recommend Mr. Gorin. Hiring Dmitry to represent me was the smartest thing I could have done to began helping my case. He has thus far prevented any charges being brought against me. He brings to your table a wealth of knowledge and experience in the legal system as well as the staff an...d partners from his law firm who have been more than happy to answer my questions and concerns. Dmitry walked me through the whole legal process and set everything up for me the first day I went to his office. He was up front and honest with me and answered all my questions. He has always returned my calls and has done every thing he said he would do for me. Hiring Dmitry was the best move I could have made.

This attorney is the real deal! Honest and hard working...with a brillant understanding of the law. He saved my son.

Mr. Gorin is a wonderful human being and an excellent attorney. I would give him a 10 star review if it was allowed. My husband and I worked with Dmitry and his firm for a year preparing to defend my 27 year old son from a felony assault charge. The District Attorney wanted to put my son in prison fo...r 2 years. This so called assault occurred in a hospital setting, and the witnesses and the victim were protected by HIPPA and other privacy laws. My son was innocent, but the evidence was extremely hard to obtain. Mr. Gorin's amazing understanding of our legal system was necessary to fight this case. We spent an entire year gathering permission to interview witnesses, putting together the actual events of this case and fighting to save my son. During this year, and dozens of conversations, emails and phone calls, Dmitry always was quick to respond to my questions and return my calls or emails. He was so on top of this case that I felt that I had a real partner in the fight to prove my son's innocence.I ALWAYS felt that I was in excellent hands when Dmitry put his mind to our case. His past experience as a prosecuter, prior to becoming a private defense attorney, was also very helpful in his understanding of how "The other side" thinks." Watching as Mr. Gorin appeared before the judge and questioned witnesses was like watching a a very talented athlete run very successful plays on a court or field.He is a winner...and a definite MVP.

He pretty much saved my life.

Dmitry managed to get my felony burglary charge reduced to a misdemeanor with a future case dismissal. Him and his team always managed to keep me in the loop and gave me peace of mind. I never had any trouble getting ahold of him either on the phone or in an email. I always got a call back within t...he hour. When all of this first started I thought for sure that I would be behind bars, with hardly any hope. Dmitry really did save me and keep my calm through the whole ordeal. I would recommend this attorney to anyone in legal trouble.

Definitely recommend for a criminal defense attorney! A+

Dmitry was amazing. I've never been in trouble with the law before so being charged with a felony was extremely daunting. The case was fairly tricky and the victims were very difficult to deal with and objected to the deal from the District Attorney. Fortunately, Dmitri was able to skillfully neg...otiate through this and I was able to walk away with the desired outcome. With a lot of experience and his history as a former DA, you definitely want him on your side! His colleague, Meryl Chambers, who was assisting/co-counsel with my case was also very helpful and patiently explained and guided me through the whole process. I definitely advise you inquire about their legal services if you ever find yourself in the unfortunate situation with being on the wrong side of the law. P.S - Don't ever talk with the police without an attorney present!
