You literally get the best of all worlds when working with this law firm

While vacationing in L.A. from Louisiana, my wife was arrested on a felony domestic charge after we had gotten into an argument. Apparently, a guest at the hotel heard the argument and called the police. My wife is 41 years old has no record, has never been arrested, and certainly hasn't been convict...ed of anything. After bonding her out, we were scared and confused about what this would all mean to our future and to her personally. I called Eisner & Gorin. This was simply the smartest or luckiest call I have ever made. There aren't enough adjectives to describe the experience working with Dmitry Gorin and his staff. You literally get the best of all worlds when working with this firm because there is an entire team of talent working on the case. During the process, they were was incredibly helpful and their communication skills are second to none. I really liked their quick responses to our emails, which were amazing. Their attentiveness to our situation, patience, and finally her results were something we will never forget. Mr. Gorin and his staff advised us to provide certain documentation, which we did. After that, they went to work. Long story short, she was able to get a FELONY charge completely dismissed. The DA / prosecutor filed no charges whatsoever, saving us another expensive trip to Los Angeles and saving us untold money in litigation fees. My wife and I were able to simply move on with our lives, which was the greatest part of all. I cannot recommend highly enough the services of this law firm.

Felony to Misdemeanor to Dismissed

After the police charged me with a felony, I turned to Dmitry Gorin for help, hiring him both for pre-filing and post-filing services. I chose Dmitry Gorin for his experience in the DA office and excellent reputation online. And I made the right choice. As a result of his work and work of his associa...tes the case was filed by the DA not as a felony but as a misdemeanor, and after a while altogether dropped. No criminal record for me. The case was tough, I didn't expect that good of a result. I am not a US resident and thanks to Dmitry Gorin me and my family will not lose the opportunity to visit the US in the future.

Great experience, with the best possible results.

I hired Mr. Gorin for a criminal case against me recently, and because of his efforts I have been cleared of everything serious I was charged with. Mr. Gorin was extremely communicative with me about the legal process, and patient with my endless stream of questions. He's affable and well-known and r...espected in the courts , which went a long way in his representation of me. Mr. Gorin gave me such confidence that he would produce favorable results that I was able to all but put the case out of mind while he was hard at work for me. He ended up exceeding my expectations by negotiating a deal that was so good it was beyond anything I could have hoped for. I am so grateful that his expertise and his diligence were in my corner, because I'm not sure where I would be had I not hired him. I highly recommend that you give him a call if you are in trouble.

Mr. Gorin did a great job representing my juvenile son on felony gun possession charges

My son was arrested and charged with felony gun possession charges. We interviewed many Los Angeles criminal lawyers before settling on this criminal law firm. Dmitry did a fantastic job and my son's case was dismissed after a year of informal supervision. He now has no criminal record and can move o...n with his life! I especially liked how Dmitry always took the necessary time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend him.

Dmitry was able to get all criminal charges dropped for my daughter without going to trial

I have young adult kids who, let's face it, can make bad choices at times or just be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Our case was very complicated with my daughter's future at stake. She was a straight A student who was looking at a harsh sentence. Dmitry's knowledge of the courts and judges w...as impressive. As soon as I entered the courtroom with him, I noticed the high level of respect that the judge held for him. Dmitry was able to get all charges dropped for my daughter. He was able to prove without even going to trial how it was a set up by a vindictive person along with the lies in the police reports. This man is an absolute genius but furthermore he is very compassionate and actually cared about my daughter's case. I really liked how he always returned my phone calls and kept me updated on the case. I highly recommend Dmitry Gorin and his firm to anyone in need of a great criminal defense attorney.
