Resulted in 23152(a), 23152(b) and 14601.1 charges dismissed in exchange for plea to exhibition of speed amended charge. Prosecutor originally offered 65 days jail and I ended up getting my client 0 days jail. Most importantly, through my advocacy he avoided a second time DUI conviction. My client was extremely satisfied with this result.
