I was charged for the DV injunction in another state and my lawyer dismissed the case. I moved to LA and I was looking for a consultation about the expunging process and some other questions. I called them to make an appointment for the consultation, but when they found out probably I am not a potential future client they did not give me an appointment. Mr. Hashemi accepted my request and made an appointment for a consultation. I walked into his office and explained him my case. He listened to me, looked at my documents carefully and explained to me what should I do. First, he spent about 30 minutes to give me his idea either I should go through expunge process or not, then I asked him some questions regarding how my immigration process could be affected. Just to help me and to answer my questions he called to one of his colleagues who was an immigration lawyer and talked with her about my situation another 30 minutes. I really appreciate his time and his consultation which was priceless for me. Not only I found him with high moral and ethical standards and with vast experience with civil and criminal cases but also a person who really cares about me and my future.
