I would NOT recommend this firm. My mom wanted certain provisions in her Trust in order to stave off legal disputes from any beneficiary and charge to those beneficiaries from their distributions any costs they may cause the Trust. I learned after my mom passed away, the provisions we thought protec...ted the Trust, were not valid. If we had known provisions were invalid upfront, we would have designed the Trust VERY differently. Now, several years of dealing with two lawsuits and over $80k in legal fees defending the Trust and other problems... it's been hard. Further, the actual cost of the Trust document was far more expensive than the initial quote. Whomever you use, make sure a certain a certain amount of hours of discussion is included in the initial quote.
