I have had the pleasure of receiving legal counsel from Sana in a variety of contexts over the years in dealing with corporate employment/performance-based situations. In every instance, the advice and guidance I recieved, and the actions Sana took to address, remediate, and/or participate in the resolution of issues and/or proceedings were expertly handled. Sana interacts with clients and colleagues with remarkable finesse, is extremely well-versed in the letter of the law, conducts her business with unparalleled professionalism, and works to achieve results in a fair and equitable manner, all while adhering to very high eithical standards. Sana's dedication to and efficacy in issue-resolution, compassion for her clients and the problems impacting them, and the effortlessness in which she addresses difficult and sensitive matters makes Sana one of the best attorneys (employment or otherwise) I have come into contact with.

Just wanted to say my family would of been lost without her help with our legal disputes. My family never went through any real legal fight before, let alone this intense level of a fight. It was our first and I thought for sure we were in for long war with real heavy battles that will literally kill us mentally and/or drain us physically. Luckily, we had Sana. From the get go, she explained to us what was real and fantasy, you know, what you see on TV doesn't happen in real life. She made me, for sure, open my eyes on how law really works. From what I observed, Sana is very smart, sensitive yet tough, available, and really on our side. When times got tough, she shielded a lot of craziness and really fought back. When times called for tears, she comforted us and then demanded and did payback on our behalf. When times called for action, she guided and worked with us. Seriously, I thought we were done many times through our case, but she gave us "the never give up hope". At the end we walked out winners, sane, and very very happy. Sana wasn't just a lawyer to us, but a friend and superhero. Sana, you rock!

I have been blessed to have Sana Swe as an attorney. I am currently involved in a two person claim with a government employer, and Sana has been a rock star. She is treats my co-plaintiff and I with the upmost respect and is beyond ethical in her legal tactics.
If you are looking for an attorney who is reliable, accessible, and puts your issues first, Sana Swe will deliver in spades.
Civil suits and employment matters are always complex. Sana does an excellent job of keeping the chaos in perspective while looking after our rights.
I have had the misfortune of being involved with several bad lawyers who are also bad people.
Sana Swe shifted my thinking through her conduct and actions. She is good person who is a great lawyer.
I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of a tough and hardworking employment lawyer.
