Wonderful Lawyer! Very Happy with the outcome of my case!!

Professional, Clear and Concise

Strong attorney

Ophir Bitton is one terrific attorney. He represented me in a very complicated eviction case. He immediately explained to me the best approaches in dealing with a difficult owner. I Am So Happy!

I am so happy with Ophir Bitton on my side! I was owed a large sum of money from someone that had just ignored me when the job was done. I had only a verbal agreement with this person, but Ophir guided me and helped me gather all the evidence and proof of the job that I was hired for and then sent a VERY strong letter to that person from his office. The deadbeat immediately admitted to owing the full amount and asked for a one week extension to the date that Ophir had given him to pay. I just got word that he brought the full payment in the form of a cashier's check to Ophir's office. I got paid in full and I didn't even have to deal with the person to get my money. Ophir has done a terrific job for me and I couldn't be happier! I gladly refer all of my friends to Ophir Bitton that are in need of his services. I highly recommend Bitton Law!

Great Lawyer, When I needed it Most

I was laid off from my job after over 10 years. I called a few lawyers I found on the internet and they all told me the same thing, I did not have a case. A friend referred me to Bitton & Associates, I called and they agreed, there was nothing I could do about being let go. I spoke with Ophir Bitton and he asked me a bunch of questions. He discovered that I was not being paid by the law. We filed a case for my overtime and lunches. I used to get paid a flat amount every two weeks. No one told me that I should get overtime and breaks before. A few months after we filed the case settled. I was still looking for work so the timing was great.

Fixed My Employer!!!!

Bitton & Associates filed a class action against my employer (I'm still there). I was always complaining about the work conditions, not getting paid properly, not getting breaks, and lots of other uncool stuff. After the lawsuit was filed almost immediately the working conditions improved for me and everyone else too! We felt so powerless before the lawsuit. Bitton turned it all around. Me and m y co-workers all got checks in the mail. Its been about a year now and it's night and day. I actually like my job now. Thanks Bitton!!!! :)

Excellent Employment Lawyer

I was working for a nursery school and was wrongly fired and not paid the way I should have been paid. Ophir accepted my case after I was turned down by someone else. The case settled and I was very happy. At first I was very stressed about going with a lawyer. Ophir and his staff made me feel comfortable and explained everything I had questions about. I have recommended to this lawyer to a friend after my case and my friend was so happy too.

Accident Resolved Quickly and Above Expectations

I had an accident during a cruise. When I approached other lawyers upon my return I was told the waiver I signed meant I had no way of going after the cruise line and travel company. Ophir at Bitton and Associates took my case and told me we would fight the waiver. The case was handled quickly. Ophir and his staff kept me informed and reduced my stress. They fought the waiver and we were able to settle and move on. I almost gave up on finding an attorney. I'm thankful a friend referred me to Bitton and Associates.

Honest and Aggressive litigator

Mr. Bitton has taken care of many cases for my family. We are all very grateful for all the hard work he has done for us. His best policy would have to be the free phone calls. Our other lawyers would charge for every minute we spent on the phone, saying their time is valuable. This attorney does not charge to speak to his clients on the phone and is readily available to answer questions and coach/counsel before trials. He is honest and trustworthy. If you don't have a good case he will be upfront with you. Not your typical money hungry Los Angeles attorney who tries to make everything into a lawsuit. He settles cases quick and listens first to his client, always putting their needs first. He has a great reputation amongst other lawyers and believe it or not he was referred to us by a lawyer he had gone to trial against several years prior. So far we have been satisfied with his work and we will continue to use him to represent us and our family business.
