Hire this legal warrior!

Do yourself an enormous favor by choosing attorney Ms. Negin Yamini as your legal warrior. She was referred to me by a seasoned, veteran lawyer who gave her exceedingly high praise. I can see why, as all mentioned was perfectly evident in the demonstration of her strengths and qualifications to give... the kind of legal consultation and/or representation I was seeking. I found Ms. Yamini as very personable and caring toward my predicament, which was especially comforting in my state of anxious speculation. Ms. Yamini helped me right-size my fear of unknown outcomes and implications of a problem I was encountering for the first time. She forged steadily ahead, spending a good deal of time with me in careful review, assessment and guidance through a situation that had the potential of negatively impacting my career for the long term. The nightmare I thought would never end, involved a client dispute based on a complaint without merit, state licensing board notification, and the challenge of pursuing my employer regarding their responsibility in providing me liability insurance coverage in the matter. Ms. Yamini’s wise counsel and support also gave me the confidence to self-advocate in a way I never had, which ultimately paid off. I’m convinced I would not have won my case without her driving motivation and persevering expertise. She will definitely be the one I hire should there ever be a need. carry concealed weapon charge

I was arrested on 25400 a 1 pc carry concealed weapon in a vehicle. Negin was referred to me by la county sheriff deputy, Ms Yamini performed her functions to the standard one would expect of her caliber and thoroughly investigated the circumstances and relevant law surrounding this charge, and ultim...ately got the charge dismissed and rejected in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Negin in reference to any weapons offense charges

DUI Case

Negin Yamini was beyond what I expected. Being a first time offender was an extremely scary and nerve-wracking experience. I had no knowledge of what was going on until Negin stepped in to help me. From my first phone call with her to the court dates, Ms. Yamini kept me calm and informed througho...ut the whole process. My case was a little different as I had to take care of this while I was moving out of state where my DUI was reported. Negin made sure that all of my court dates were taken care of and called me each time to keep me in the loop. As she promised, the case did not end with a DUI sentence, but instead a wet reckless due to a few other circumstances. With that said, I am very content as I thought only the worst was to come at the start of all of this. Thank you, Negin, for all of your help and I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of an attorney!

SKILLED NEGOTIATOR yet TOUGH and PERSISTENT "FIGHTER"!

Negin Yamini used her multiple strengths as a lawyer to resolve my case(s) with the best possible outcome. This was no easy task as the judge was very displeased to see me before him for a second time before my summary probation had ended from my prior offense. Basically he wanted to impose a steep ...bail and on two different occasions she managed to save me from that. And since I could not have paid it, Ms. Yamini saved me from doing time. I almost cheered aloud in court when she corrected an egregious error in my paperwork making SURE that the Prosecutor and Judge were evaluating me fairly on what had actually occurred -- not other stuff that was wrongly added on due to sloppy paper work. Negin is passionate about protecting people and one of the reasons I chose her is that she looked at every angle of my case and she had several strategies for my defense. She was very communicative about our options, willing to file motions and fight in court if things didn't go right with the negotiations. Which they did! Also, I feel Negin genuinely cares about seeing me get my life together and stay out of trouble, and that's awesome! Lastly, I can add that her prices are fair. I consulted with other lawyers and half of them were about 50-percent more expensive, the other half were priced about the same as Ms. Yamini. Of the higher priced Counsel, none of them offered anything beyond what I could expect from Negin. She was just as confident, just as smart and seemed just as passionate. She assured me that she would personally handle my case which the more expensive lawyers didn't. And of the similarly priced counsel, well, they just weren't as impressive. So I went with my gut and we won my best outcome. I am still in shock and with beyond belief...

I ended up finding Tabibian attorneys somewhere on Google.. After desperatly calling different numbers one actually was answered by a young guy named Chris who listened to everything I had to Say and he encouraged me to come in. I walked into a beautiful spacious office not knowing what was going to ...happen to my best friend who had been arrested. After explaining my case to Sean and Chris they explained to me that they will fight for my friend and that we had a good case. I had never needed legal assistance and was scared and uncertain about many things but they helped me all the way through. I confided in their words and am ever so happy I did. Negin Yamini was assigned to my friend's case and from the beginning reassured me not to worry that everything will be ok, part of me believe her but part of me worried in the back of my head. All this was new to me and I never expected her to try so much and to put late hours and so much dedication into this case. I remember telling her "wow thank you for caring so much he's not even your relative nor friend," All she did was smile and say "it is my pleasure." She is an AMAZING lawyer and I strongly recommend her. She is small in size and young in age but once she starts talking watch out!! Even the judge told her "wow you did your homework." I love how she walks into the court room with confidence and with that i'm here to get my job done look. She is educated, professional, loving, knowledgable, dependant and a fighter!!! She knows what she is doing and is truly the best!! It's crazy how she defended my friend even when he unfortunate was guilty of a defense. I'm still shocked with the results of this case. She kept my friend out of state prison and is getting him out sooner than anyone expected. The tears of my friend's face after hearing the good news are priceless.
