Extremely knowledgeable and kind!

I called Negin, based on her excellent review. She called me back right away, and provided some helpful knowledge about my case involving a restraining order. Even though, I didn't hire her, she still took the time to answer a bunch of my questions, and that made me feel a lot better about my futur...e and work career. I highly recommend her.

Smart, zealous and compassionate

Ms. Yamini is a very smart and compassionate attorney. I’m so glad I met with Ms.Yamini and hired her. A Dependable Lawyer

Negen Yamini successfully served my case for expunging an old criminal record I had from 2004. I needed to get this cleared off my record for a job application and so relieved that I don't have to stress about it anymore. Negen was able to handle this case with me never actually meeting her since I ...am out of state. She was direct and easy to communicate when I needed to speak to her via email and over the phone. I appreciate her diligently working on my case and therefore I couldn't recommend a better lawyer.

She is Great

Negin is one the best lawyers I have ever met, she will fight to the end for you, she is on top of every thing very brave and helpful, the way that she talks in the court is really effective, I would recommend her specially for criminal matters, I had a great experience with her

Great Lawyer

Negin was referred to my daughter by a friend at the time I had been seeking a lawyer for days for a family member that was in a situation that we really needed legal help. After speaking with her I just felt something in her voice that made me know she was the one, and her fee was affordable for our... family. I told her about my situation with my relative that was in trouble, and she was very professional and explained what was possibly going on, and that she could help us and boy did she ever. My family member was facing a life sentence due to the 3 strikes law for a crime he did not commit. A 66 year old with a not such a good pass, but had not been in any trouble whatsoever for over 10 years. He had his own little place, did not drink, smoke or do drugs other than what was prescribed by his Doctor. Negin believed he was being truthful and vowed to fight as hard as she could to help him. She explained to us what she had hoped to do as she worked on his case, and she did extensive research in building her case to prove my family member did not do anything that was deserving of life in prison. She could not promise he would not serve any time, but she did promise he would not do life. Well I am here to tell you my family member is free after 5 months in Jail. Negin said she would fight for us and she did. She won a very difficult case; my family member’s pass was horrible, but after living over 10 years as a changed person without any legal trouble, he now has a chance to resume his life thanks to Negin. If you are looking for a great attorney, Attorney Negin Yamini is the one I will refer to any and everyone; she is the best.
