She turns every challenge into an opportunity. Simply: She gets the job done!

When I went to Atty Negin I was feeling defeated, panicked, and battered not only by the Title 9 Office at the University I go to but also by the person who filed a false complaint against me in what was a possibly deliberate attempt to sabotage me one semester away from graduation. In addition to ...taking the Title 9 matter into her own hands, she also helped me in the court case I filed against this person as he intimidated me with his gun ownership and obsession. The result was the person rescinded his complaint against me with title 9 and an agreement was reached at the court. In other words, it was a double WIN. Atty Negin was with me every step of the way. She thinks fast and is very adept at contention and extremely well versed and competent at prosecution. Her style is firm and terse and her arguments are all convincing, logical, corroborated, and solid. Atty Negin was the only lawyer who picked up the phone when I called her and was the only attorney who made time to see me the day I reached out to her as she is aware how time sensitive litigation matters are. And as I mentioned in the heading, she turns every challenge into an opportunity. Whenever we faced obstacles, she would think of ways to use them in our favor. Her compassion knows no bounds. She fought on my behalf till the very end. I went from feeling defeated to feeling empowered thanks to her. I went from being a victim to being a survivor thanks to her. I can write volumes about how Atty. Negin made a difference in my life. Putting your fate in someone else's hands can be worrisome and emotionally taxing, but with her you’re really in good hands.

Title IX Case. Solid Lawyer

I was falsely accused of sexual assault by a fellow student at my university and was potentially facing expulsion if not two years of suspension. Negin was tremendous in guiding me throughout the school's investigation process with the Title IX office and helped me strategize a solid defense that res...ulted in my exoneration. This was when I was mere months away from graduating college and I thought the case was heavily prejudiced against me, especially in today's #metoo era. However with Negin's help and legal expertise, the investigation found the allegations unfounded and I was able to resume my life.

4th DUI

AWESOME, Ms. Negin Yamini is an expert in multiple dui's, If I could rate her 5 more stars I would. I hired Negin in a time much needed of a change of my life after my 4th DUI all in a 5 year period. I needed help; legally and personally. Well, I ended up finding both through Ms. Negin. I was looking... at possible 2 year prison term. She required me to enrolled me to a outpatient program and also to move into a sober living home, attend AA meetings, all of which has contributed to putting me back on track to responsibility and redemption. By following her instructions, I ensured the safety of the public, myself and built up proof of sobriety while she worked to negotiate a plea bargain. By doing what she said and putting my trust into her hands, she negotiated to finish 12 month rehabilitation sentence, and a 9 Months DMV program rather than the 2 years of Jail/prison time that the prosecutor was seeking. she even got the prosecutor on our side just let that SINK IN. All things being considered, I couldn't be more pleased. She doesn't lie to your face & only speak the true, she is extremely serious when it comes to ensuring the safety of the public and she does care about you. Don't expect to be coddled, just listen, follow her EVERY instruction and make a decision to change the course of your life and she will come through for you. If you don't do what she says and you get a raw deal, then it's your fault, no one else's. She has a recipe that is a Win-Win, for you and the public. Thanks again Ms. Yamini.
