Domestic Violence Case

Negin it’s such a fabulous Attorney. When I initially met her she calmed my nerves right away and assured me she can get my case resolved and It never felt about the money with her. My case was totally dismissed and now I’m back to work. Such a great criminal/domestic violence attorney. you can’t go... wrong with Ms. Yamini.

Calm and soothing

I had a civil restraining order agaisnt me by a neighbor..negin looked over my case and agreed It was self defense and always text me not to worry about case when I would message her I was stressed about it..at the end didnt even go to the judge case negin wrote up an stipulated agreement I believe a...nd I was good to go..no record thank negin

Restraining Order

When I was served with a notice to appear in court for temporary restraining order, I didn't know what to do or who to turn to. Luckily, I found Negin and when we talked about the case she was very throughout about the dynamics of the situation. Whether I reached out to her (via text, email or phone... call), I ALWAYS got a response. I trusted her entirely and felt the weight lifted off my shoulders once I knew she was involved. I thank her wholeheartedly for sticking by me to the end. Thank you again Negin.

Grateful for her strong and economical support

Ms. Yamini was my attorney for about 18 months. She represented me effectively and thoroughly. From the first time we met, she spared no effort in demonstrating her commitment to serving my needs. She listened patiently and uncritically to what I and others had to say. She explored various angles... of the case in order to determine a best approach and best method. She was always available when I needed to talk to her. Sure, she might not be able to answer at the moment, but then she'd call me back when she could. She recommended several measures I could take to improve my case. I followed every instruction and, when we were done, she said my adherence played a big role in the positive outcome of my case. Those measures were her idea. And she's the one who knew how to parlay them to the greatest advantage. I recommend her strongly to anybody else in similar need.

Great Lawyer

I am very happy that I hired Negin Yamini as my son’s lawyer. My son is in jail and he has mental and drug abuse problems. I searched the lawyers specialized in handling the criminal charge cause by mental and drug abuse. Negin Yamini was caught by my attention by her many five star reviews. We met N...egin and were impressed by her knowledge but more importantly her passion and caring so we decided to hire her. Negin did excellent job in handling the case. She worked closely with the court and social workers to let my son get into the residential mental and drug treatment program. She also reduced my son’s charges. She went to jail to visit my son three times to talk to him. She said she wanted to treat my son as her child and continued to help him to change his life. Negin approved again that she is the best lawyer just like many her clients commented in their reviews previously. This is my best decision made to hire Negin.
