She is worth it

Ms. Yamini is worth it. For DV charges the DA offices of LA simply have no wiggle room, no matter the circumstances. Negin led this client back to sound mental and emotional strength and stamina in order to provide the courts an outstanding mitigation packet that led to first the reunification with m...y children and then my wife. After that she knew how to leverage the courts by reaching a fair agreement with the DA. I now have a pathway to clean my charge and move on with my life. Is it easy? No. Is it free? No. Is it worth it? Yes. The support in all its forms but also the attitude of confidence and trust emanated from Negin acted as a guiding light just as the world faded from me. Do not hesitate to contact her! A public defender simply has too high of a caseload and low incentive to go the extra mile. Whereas Negin acts for you with urgency, naturally.

By far the best lawyer I have ever came across

I had got arrested for Concealed carry with and unregistered weapon in a mall . I haven’t seen 1 day of jail time and I have no felonies I chose to take a misdemeanor charge because I didn’t wanna keep going to court but we had a deal to dismiss the case fully I just didn’t have the time to wait . Al...so she is going to get my misdemeanor remove off my records in a year.

Competent lawyer you need

Being in a situation that requires you to look for a defense attorney, you are already in a tough situation. I guarantee you that it will be exponentially worse without a competent lawyer you can trust, like Ms.Yamini. Many lawyers promise you the world before the retainer fee is paid, only to gh...ost you afterwards. What I loved about Ms.Yamini was that, setting aside what is fair and just, she was completely transparent about realistic expectations of the outcome. Since day 1, Ms.Yamini shared her opinion on which matters she was certain she could win and those she felt 50/50. Outcome was precisely as she predicted. At the court hearing, Ms.Yamini held entire control. The way how she subtly built the narrative through a precise order of questioning before delivering a punchline and how she handled unexpected turns were truly a work of art. Finally, I want to bring attention to Ms.Yamini’s character. My case was relatively a trivial matter that usually gets resolved before going to a court-hearing in most cases. Therefore, we agreed upon a flat fee. Through no fault of Ms.Yamini, things became unexpectedly complicated and required her coming into the court in person multiple times. I honestly feel that, in retrospect, the amount of time she had to spend justified a higher price. Despite this, Ms.Yamini never expressed any complaints or try to convince me pay more, not once. Her work ethic remained consistent regardless throughout the duration. As a conscientious person myself, I give much credit to Ms.Yamini’s attitude of doing a good job simply for the sake of doing a good job, not because of the reward in doing so. Do yourself a favor and please find yourself a good attorney. Without a competent lawyer like Ms.Yamini, you will feel like the entire world is against you.

She helped my family so much!

6 years back my mom was accused by the police for a thing she did not do, and charged with a felony. She left the United States due to her health issue. Now she could not even enter this country otherwise she will be arrested because the court issued an arrest warrant. We have never hired any lawyer ...before, and I was so stressed out about finding the right lawyer. I don’t know what magic she has, after 6 years and 1 year of her hard work fighting in the court, my mom’s felony is gone!. My mom is only charged with a minor misdemeanor, with no fine, no community service, not even probation! I would highly recommend anyone to hire attorney Yamini to represent you, if you have a complicated case which seems impossible to resolve, she will fight and fight and fight for you to get the best outcome possible.
