Description: Radio station owner sued trademark assignor/seller for trademark infringement; trademark owner counter-sued for breach of the trademark conditional sales contract, since plaintiff/counterdefendant was supposed to return the trademarks to defendant if they did not pay him a set amount. Defendant/Counterclaimant also sued for an accounting, and for conversion of the stock of defendant's/counterclaimant's company that owns the trademarks.
