Ms. Jenkins managed my retaliation and wrongful termination case. While I'm sure these are standard for her, I believe the defendant's attorney was perhaps one of the most difficult anyone has ever had to work with. In dealing with him, his clients and the matter, she handled it all well, without eve...r having to disturb my day-to-day life and work. This alone, was a feat in itself since the defendant's attorney was truly the most erratic, unreasonable, confusing and uncommunicative human being, much less professional, that anyone has had to work with. Although I did not receive the settlement amount that I felt was due, I also recognize that it was a better outcome than it could have been. All in all, it was an outcome that weighed more positively in my favor. While I hope never to have to use an employment attorney again, I would consult Genevieve again should a similar matter occur.

Having her on my side during this extremely difficult time was invaluable. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
