Relationship: Worked together on matter
I co-counseled with Matt on a lease dispute matter and he is an excellent landlord-tenant attorney. He is a skilled researcher, and I was impressed with his professionalism with clients and opposing counsel. He also brings pragmatic advice in other areas of law, such as business disputes and breach of contract issues. I referred another client to Matt and his hourly rate was very affordable. I highly recommend Matt for landlord-tenant dispute resolution.
