Mark Eisenberg represented us in our 17-year old teenage daughter's wrongful death case/tort claim.
This time in our lives was devastating and deeply emotional.
As an experienced tough-as-nails litigator, Mark brought the fight for justice and accountability we (on so many levels) needed.
Mark's legal thinking is extra sharp and on target. It is apparent in his legal strategy and written argument.
He gently yet firmly led us thru detailed, at times painful, discovery.
He expertly navigated thru pitfalls inherent to tort claims.
With great tenacity, he left no stone unturned, left no option untried.
Outside of being an expert lawyer, Mark handled our daughter's case with compassion, understanding for our suffering, with respect and ... with HEART!
We could not have hoped for a better litigator and man to represent us and our late daughter.
With Mark and his team, I felt we were in the best hands possible.
For being on the front line and leading a deeply emotional court battle on our behalf, Mark was and will always be a hero to me and my family.

A month after closing escrow, we received a letter from an attorney representing the purchaser of our home in Porter Ranch. Claiming we had defrauded the buyer by not disclosing the Porter Ranch gas leak, we needed to seek out legal help. After interviewing several prospective attorneys, we decided Mark Eisenberg had the understanding and knowledge to represent our best interests. Presently, litigation has stalled and we do not expect it to go any further due to Mr. Eisenberg's help.

Mark is insightful, always well prepared and can articulate his positions to both client and judge. He represented me on behalf of numerous plaintiffs in a complex and vigorously contested legal malpractice case, navigating through meritless and vociferous defense obstructions of all kinds. He achieved an excellent settlement based on his development of the case, which the defendants did not want presented to a jury. Mark had a clear vision of his client's legal goals and needs. He will represent me again, no doubt.
