In December of 2016 I was blown away when I received a letter stating that I would have to retain my own Attorney, in a Civil Suit against me, & I'm a State Employee. What a blessing it was when I contacted Joe. He was the only guy that would listen to my story, & genuinely heard me out. This phone ...conversation alone, spoke volumes of the type of person Joe is, & ultimately we hired him to represent us. What Joe did for me was amazing. I had never even met the guy, but I could tell by the way he spoke, & how he listened, that we made the right decision. A lot of weight was lifted off our shoulders that day, knowing that Joe would take care of us. My co-worker and I were put in a tough situation, and we conducted ourselves professionally, considering the circumstances that we were put in. Ultimately, we somehow took a burn, for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Thus we were sanctioned, & when the Civil Suit came about, we were told that we wouldn't be represented by our employer. Joe was a Blessing & God Sent... He eventually got the Civil Suit dismissed & us cleared. Joe is lifetime friend & we are family now. His passion for doing the right thing, & being genuine is just his nature...
