Joe is not a run of the mill attorney. I consulted with him regarding a case I felt strongly about but he pointed out practical pitfalls that I had been blind to. In December of 2016 I was blown away when I received a letter stating that I would have to retain my own Attorney, in a Civil Suit against me, & I'm a State Employee.
