I was referred to Clark through a mutual friend when I needed help negotiating and completing a complicated Real Estate purchase. My everyday attorney was more of a loan documents preparer and I needed some expert advice since the selling party was unwilling to waiver. His ability to move quickly, and drill down to the core of the negotiations and move the process along was truly a deal saver. This was my First time working with Clark Braunstein and he was able to save me! A friend referred me and I was initially skeptical because I have been treated really poorly by attorneys in the past. Although the accusations against me were false, I knew we had an uphill battle and was considering giving up. My business partners are crooks and Clark was able to meticulously show in court that the property belonged to me and that my partners had no claim to any past, present, or future earnings.
