I had 2 other attorneys on my case prior. Alexandra quickly got up to speed, has a rapport with Los Angeles Judges, listens well and is perceptive. Mid-sentence she’ll know what you’re babbling on about. She knows family law inside and out, understood my desires as a father and diplomatically laid o...ut possible options/outcomes/remedies. Alexandra’s keen knowledge of family law objected the opposing side’s baseless accusations and filed an Objection to strike all pages that exceeded the legal Response Declaration page limit too. On the day of the hearing Alexandra greeted me off the elevator and was right by my side; which means the world to a person about to hear their kid’s future. The judge ultimately ordered joint legal custody and exactly equal parenting time. If you don’t give up on your kid(s), hire the right representation (Alexandra) you can go from being an every other weekend Dad to having your kids equally! I walked out of the court room hugged my wife and then Alexandra unexpectedly hugged us both. We won! I will never again go through any custody matter without Alexandra by my side. If you are a Dad/Parent up against the wall and limited by your court order do your kid(s) a favor and hire Alexandra!

Alexandra Lavinsky is amazing. I highly recommend her. She stayed close by my side throughout a very difficult divorce where my spouse was hiding assets and playing the deadbeat game. She was amazing and was able to win at trial (5 day long-cause trial) on every aspect. She is fierce and a very stron...g woman and can handle anything. She is extremely efficient and won't waste your time or money. With two small children and my life in her hands, she was able to get me more than what I expected at trial.
