Former licensed real estate broker. Adjunct Professor of Law, Glendale University School of Law 1985-2005.  U.S. Army veteran.  Licensed pilot, instrument rated.  PADI certified scuba diver. Employed by U.S. Olympic Committee, 1968 Olympics in Mexico City.  Received post-postgraduate Diploma from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) as recipient of a Fellowship from the Pan American Union, Organization of American States.  Frequent consultant on issues involving American investments in Mexico, has qualified as expert witness to testify on Mexican Law in U.S. Courts.  Admitted to the United States Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court Central District of California.  I partnered with my late father Robert M. Miller who practice probate and real estate law since 1939.
