I hired Michael to represent me in a very difficult Unlawful Detainer case. His understanding of complex real estate laws, that seem to be stacked against the landlord, enabled us to get a timely resolution with an aggressive and difficult defendant. Michael Callon knew just what to do in setting up my business structure, both an S-Corp and Partnership. The filings were timely, efficient and saved me time and money rather than doing it myself. We were referred to Michael to help us evict tenants that were taking advantage of our elderly parents (landlord) and we had to step in when they stopped paying rent and changed the locks so we couldn't check the smoke detectors. Michael knew exactly what to do and put the plan in action. The tenants tried to stall court proceedings and vindictively called the city and filed a false habitability complaint. Michael went above and beyond and was present at the city inspection on our behalf to explain the circumstances which helped us avoid erroneous penalties. At court he was reasonable and professional with the tenants and ultimately got them to agree to leave and forfeit their security deposit for damages caused.
