If you are looking for an attorney, I HIGHLY recommend Tony Stuart. I cannot say enough good things about Tony Stuart and his work and knowledge of the law. I hired Mr. Stuart a few years ago to take on a large insurance company that I wanted to sue for fraud, misrepresention, et cetera. Tony took on my case and I was so impressed with his work, his diligence, and the way he worked with me and explained things to me. He found out amazing things in his investigations and worked hard for me. We settled out of court and Tony got me $1.7 million!
If you want a good, competent, no-nonsense, no BS attorney, I suggest you call Mr Stuart, and I say this not only as his client, but as a court reporter. I have been a deposition/court reporter in this town for over 20 years and I can say without hesitation that Mr. Stuart is one of the better attorneys I have seen get the job done.
If I ever need an attorney again, I would most definitely call him again.

In the six year battle with my health insurance company over unpaid claims, I had no better ally than Tony Stuart. Through hours and hours of depositions, fruitless mediations all the way through to the final settlement negotiation, Tony stayed positive and encouraging, even when I wanted to give up. Without his hard work, attention to detail, and years of experience fighting these same cases, we would not have been able to come to an agreement that worked for both parties. I can't thank him enough for being in my corner in a fight that was almost nearly as tough as beating cancer.

We were referred to Tony, who's in LA, by an attorney that I personally knew that's local. We were extremely pleased. He worked extremely hard on our case, kept us informed along the way, worked well with witnesses, and was compassionate about my health issues. He connects well with a jury. He also does a very good job of explaining - you feel like you know what is going on every step of the way.
