Absolutely, all the staff at the firm were very professional, welcoming, empathetic, personable, had great communication, and most importantly honest. Prior to hiring Shaheen I had hired another "reputable, with 5 star reviews on Avvo" attorney. ...Unfortunately, that was an awful mistake & experience that thought me how to recognize and value professionals like Shaheen.
