Mr Duncan represented my family member in a trial, which lead to a hung jury. Mr. Duncan removed himself from the case without notifying the family or defendent. He also relinquished on promises he made. He is very forgetful, and needs to have an assistant at his age. I would not recommend this lawye...r to anyone.
