My recommendation is up to you after reading my review.

My wife and I got the green cards with Law Office of Todd Becraft. But, It took much more than what I expected and what Mr. Becraft initially mentioned. My case was not typical because my sponsor does not have enough financial ability so that I tried to prove it by my own ability. Mr. Becraft took... my case because he thought he could help me. My preparation under Mr. becraft's advice for the financial proof worked in National Visa Center but had some trouble in the Embassy in Korea. At the end, I found another sponsor who has enough financial ability to back us; Mr. Becraft also advised me on that. My final comments are "he does his job... for adequate level but not surpassing my expectation." Pros 1. Mr. Becraft responds quickly and get to the point. 2. He is much flexible to apply the laws; he has the knowledge to see opportunities when others do not. In fact, this helped me to start early on my application. Cons 1. His reply is very concise; he seems to pick and choose the questions to answer. If he feels a question is not essential, then he seems to ignore that question. 2. He was 50% more expense than the ones I know. But I accepted it because my case was not typical and he seemed to have confidence in my case.

Congratulations to you and your wife on your green cards! I've just read your review and I want to respond to your comments. First I'm taken back that you think our legal fees were on the high end. I'm not sure who quoted lower fees however I believe you would have been extremely dissatisfied with their services. Indeed our firm has some of the lowest fees among reputable immigration law firms in the Los Angeles area so your comment about our fees is very surprising. In fact given the level of complexity and amount of time we spent on your case we basically wrote of your retainer as a loss. And our expenses are relatively low. Second I'm disappointed to hear that you feel we did not adequately respond to your inquiries. In all honesty the number of inquiries you presented was among the highest if not the highest level of any client in our firms ten (10) year history. That said I believe that we answered all of your questions that were not redundant and previously answered in a previous email or phone call. Finally please remember that most, if not all of the delay, in your case was caused by the fact that you needed to obtain documents. This was beyond our control. In addition to the fact that your application required a complicated affidavit of support issue that changed at last minute at no extra charge to you. In addition, the matter was further complicated by another change I can't discuss publicly without your permission. Overall I believe that we were under paid for a process that was complicated from the beginning and got more so, with no extra charge to you, as the matter proceeded

Professional Attorney

Mr. Todd becraft filed for my permanent residency. I have been to many other lawyers and most of them declined my case. He was kind and skilled enough to take my case and won. Excellent attorney

Mr. Becraft did an excellent job with my case and all my paperwork for the work permit and the green card got approved very quickly.
