I hired Hired Kostiv and associates and at first they are kind they hear your case but after taking your deposit you never hear from them again. I had to call the to remind them what day I had court. Until the day of court I did not know who was the attorney representing me at my hearing if Mr. Kosti...v or one of his associates. When the day of my hearing they were 45 minutes late so I decided not to let them represent me as I did not feel they were not doing anything for me. The Judge agreed and gave me time to look for a new Lawyer. I explained how they would never call me back and the employees are very rude and mistreated me. After ending with their services I politely called an sent a notarized letter asking for a refund since they failed to represent me in court and they never call back or respond. A few weeks ago they started calling asking for payments after I had a new attorney take over my case.
