Jack is confident, knowledgeable, and patient. He always answers my questions in the most precise manner and makes sure I get what I need. I consulted him twice on my immigration issues. The phone consultation first time is 5 minutes but he continued to talk for 5 more minutes until I was crystal ...clear about my situation. I ordered a 15-minute consultation next time but he simple solved all my problems in 5 minutes.
