Jack is quite persuasive in a manner that may raise some eyebrows; he asks you straightforward questions, confronts you if your statements look contradictory, and occasionally goes off on tangents. I would call this the "socratic" consulting method. I consulted Jack after recieving the NOID first thr...ough WhatsApp texts to see if he's open to consulting me, then on call to discuss strategy. To put my case in perspective, USCIS wrongfully accused me of unauthorised employment while on F-1 visa and targeted me under their new social media vetting policy—most lawyers won't even look into the case because it's "going to be rejected anyways". So I was glad that Jack agreed to speak to me. I tend to be pretty organized, so I sent him a confidential case summary before our 15 min consultation to use the entire time to discuss response strategy; he did not read it.
