The PWD is an important part of Green Card application. The paralegal won’t revise any words or give you suggestions for the job descriptions and experience letter for you. They just send those you gave them before back to you. And, even you try few months communication with them, the paralegal still... give you the wrong job title or the content you sent to them few months ago.
