Excellent advisor...

Hello Jack, Greetings...! I have some quries...my self xxx.i am on F1 status but holding SSN. I want to open a Small Business Cart in a Mall. Management is asking me to apply for individual business license(Not an LLC) and insurance too.My question is that...i am applying for H1-B with my employer ...this year. If i have a individual business license with prince willam county will this effect my H1-B. Will i get an RFE as i have individual business license?? Could you please help me with this situation?
