Clarification on F-1 visa for second Masters

I completed masters degree and didn’t get OPT approval and my SEVIS record was closed too and I have to move to my home country as my grace period was over too. I got admit for another masters program for which I had lots of confusion whether I can travel to the US with the same F-1 visa which is va...lid for 3.5 years. When I enquired with DSO, other immigrantion lawyers, I got an diplomatic answer. Jack Sung was the only attorney who clearly said I can travel without any new stamping. His instantaneous answers helped me a lot and now I am in the US without any problem in the port of entry.

Very knowledgeable and willing to help beyond limits

I have consulted Jack on multiple occasions in Liu with my Mom's Green Card processing. I had so many ambiguities and questions, which Jack answered very patiently. I would say he is very knowledgeable in those aspects. He is very reliable and can guide you till the end.
